Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship our goods worldwide from Singapore, using SingPost or Ninjavan!

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping & packaging fee ranges from $13.5 to $67.5 (Up to 2kg).

If you only ordered paper goods:
No Tracking - $3.00
Tracked - $6.00

Other merchandise (together with or without paper goods):
Up to 250g - $13.50
Up to 500g - $23.5
Up to 1kg - $37.50
Up to 2kg - $67.50

Flat rate of $3.50.
Free delivery of orders above $40.

*All mail comes with tracking, and will be declared with true value.

How long before my order is sent out?

Orders will typically be processed and packed within 2-4 working days. As this is a one-person operation, I will provide notice in the event of any special circumstances, such as being out of town. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Policy for Preorder and In-Stock Items

Please note the following regarding orders that contain both preorder and in-stock items:

  • Combined Shipping
    All orders that include preorder items will be shipped together once the preorder items are ready. This means your in-stock items will be held until the preorder is fulfilled.
  • Separate Shipping Requests
    If you would like your in-stock items to be shipped separately from your preorder items, please place two separate orders—one for in-stock items and one for preorder items.

How long will the shipping take?

Singapore mail should take around 3-5 days after sent out.

International mails should take around 3-4 weeks after sent out.

What is your refund or return policy?

At mochiakahwoo, we value your support and strive to ensure that you receive high-quality products. All merchandise are designed with love and care. However, as a small business, we have certain limitations regarding refunds and returns. Please read our policy below:

  1. Faulty or Missing Items
    If you happen to receive a faulty item or notice that an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if necessary. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly, whether by offering a replacement or a suitable solution.
  2. Lost Mail and Incorrect Addresses
    Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or returns for items lost in transit due to issues such as incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or if your package is delayed or lost by the postal service. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
  3. Change of Mind
    We are unable to offer refunds or returns for items if you simply change your mind after purchase. Please make sure you are happy with your choices before placing your order.
